Representative Millett gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
HCS CSSB 70(RES) (page 1037).                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of HCS CSSB 70(RES) be taken up on the same day.                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.

     Creek State Recreation Area to allow leasing a right-of-way for a
